There is 2 method to insert scleral lens
1. Insertion with a plunger
2. Insertion without a plunger by using three fingers (tripod method) to keep the lens stable.
*Remember : You need to look down directly to the mirror and tuck your chin into your chest.

A scleral lens differs from a standard contact lens — it’s larger and rests top a layer of tissue
over the white part of the eye (sclera).
So the easy way to remove scleral lens is removing with a plunger.
If you don’t have a plunger, you can use your finger on the very edge of the upper lid and gently push it.
